Coronavirus also opens in the United Kingdom. There are already more than 1,200 deaths. Boris Johnson, British Prime Minister, had trouble starting with the measures, but yesterday he already addressed his citizens by letter to warn them that “things are going to get worse.” The Premier League, like other European leagues, is standing and watching the future with concern. In this sense, Newcastle has been the first club, as announced by The Telegraph, to benefit from a Temporary Employment Regulation File (ERTE). The British government has offered to companies to pay 80% of their wages due to the cessation of productive activity demonstrated by the coronavirus and for the duration of the crisis. There, as in Spain, companies have also been given this option. According to the English newspaper, in this case, Newcastle have asked the club’s non-first-team workers to take advantage of this option. The British government agrees to pay 80% of the salary for all those who cannot work for the measures taken by the coronavirus up to a maximum of 2,800 euros per month. Newcastle was the first club in the Premier to take advantage of this measure. Other lower-level clubs such as Leeds or Birmingham have already agreed salary deferrals with their players and many others from the Second Division are already preparing it.
Prepared by FFWPU AlbaniaInspired to spread True Parents word all over our city and nation, this time we were focused at “Elite High School”, to organize a beautiful and meaningful essay competition between the students, centering on True Father’s autobiographic book “As Peace-Loving Global Citizen” on June 1st 2018.We could organize and develop this event supported by the chairwoman of UPF in the city of Vlora, Mrs Eva Çipi. She is a person who insists so much in adding character education lectures to the high school’s program, and in the same time she insists that youngsters in schools should learn about God and should get to know Him.The program was a combination of reading special parts from the essays, artistic program prepared with so much devotion from the students of the school, and inspiring messages given by Rev. Gi Young Shin, True Parents’ Special Envoy to Albania, and by Mr. Gani Rroshi, National Leader of FFWPU Albania.Rev. Shin said: “all of us must be conscious about the fact that we all have a common creator, and we must take care and invest in the growth of our spirit”, meanwhile Mr. Rroshi said: “we have to be grateful for everything we have in our lives and we should consider each – other as special gifts”.It was not easy to select the winning essay, but finally we could announce 3 winning essays and 2 essays of appreciation. The first 3 places got certificates of recognitions and some interesting presents, prepared by FFWPU in Vlora.
